Long before it became a legal requirement MRC operated a client money protection scheme, originally through NALS and now Propertymark. This ensures landlords and tenants are compensated if your agent cannot repay their money, for example if the business goes into administration.

Management Fees

Scale of Charges – Other Income

Comprehensive Service : 10% (plus VAT) of contracted rent per calendar month

The fees under the above service are payable when any individual or organisation enters into an agreement to rent the Property as a result of our promotion, introduction, or viewing by the Agent.

Additional Charges

Agreement Admin Fee : 1 months rent (inc VAT) Payable in two instalments

Inventory Service : Included in Agreement Admin Fee

Professional hourly : £ 36.00 (inc VAT) Charged by the Agent when required to carry out any additional services

Check In : Included in Agreement Admin Fee

Check Out : Equal to 1 months management fee

Inspections : £36.00 (inc VAT) - 1st is included in Agreement Admin Fee

Administration of repairs & maintenance : 10% (plus VAT) of contractor invoice total

Legionnaire Assessment : £48.00 (inc VAT)

Annual Tax Statement : £90.00 (inc VAT)

Void Property Inspection for insurance : £24.00 (inc VAT)

Handling insurance claims : 10% (plus VAT) of the value of the claim

Lease Scheme – Full Management Fees

1 Bedroom Property : 10% (plus VAT) of the contractual rent per calendar month (Minimum of £48.00 inc. VAT)

2+ Bedroom Properties : 10% (plus VAT) of the contractual rent per calendar month (Minimum of £54.00 inc. VAT)

The fees under the above service are payable when any individual or organisation enters into an agreement to rent the Property as a result of our promotion, introduction, or viewing by the Agent.
